We foster a culture of Respect, where every voice is valued and collaboration drives outcomes.To be successful as a Java Full stack Developer - AVP, you should have experience with (mandatory): Hands on experience with Java Full stack development with programming skills such as java, spring, spring boot, React, etc. You should also have experience with unit, mutation, component, integration and automated functional testing. Code quality and code scanners, GitLab, Cloud Hosting, JIRA etc. Able to demonstrate a good level of ability in design, troubleshooting, documentation, product lifecycle, problem analysis / isolation, compliance, and security.Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include (desired) Experience on Camunda, any workflow tools, SQL / NoSQL DBs, Kafka etc Knowledge off private and public cloud storage and data services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to work in a globally distributed/diverse team of both colleagues and business stakeholders.
