Job Summary**
As an Associate Recruiter at RXO , you will play a key role in supporting our hiring managers in talent acquisition efforts by assisting with various stages of the recruitment process. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of corporate recruiting and contribute to building our diverse and talented workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist hiring managers in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Help preparing and posting job descriptions on company websites and external job boards.
- Support the onboarding process by assisting with background checks and new hire paperwork.
- Participate in career fairs and recruiting events as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment updates.
- Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects and initiatives.
Job Qualifications
- Overall English at C1 level
- 0-2 years of experience in a recruitment support role, internship, or administrative position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creativness and independency in driving projects
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the talent acquisition field.
