Job Summary
The Operational Excellence (OPEX) Analyst position supports the Global Finance & Accounting (GFA) Center of Excellence by driving process optimization, digital transformation, automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across the global finance organization.
Job Responsibilities
The OPEX Analyst is responsible for driving continuous improvement, digital transformation, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions across the Global Finance & Accounting organization. The role partners with business stakeholders to optimize processes, develop Power Platform solutions, generate actionable business insights, strengthen governance, and deliver sustainable operational efficiencies through innovative technology and best practices. This responsibility set is highly aligned with the current direction of the GFA OPEX organization, including Power Platform development, AI adoption, process standardization, KPI management, governance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement leadership.

## Qualifications:
Education level required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field required.
Years and area of experience required
• Two years of experience, the ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, Process Automation, and Digital Transformation capabilities, with demonstrated experience leveraging Microsoft technologies and Artificial Intelligence solutions to improve business processes, increase productivity, and generate actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Advanced English proficiency (Full professional)
Technical knowledge
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including:
* Power BI for dashboard development, KPI reporting, and business intelligence.
* Power Apps for low-code application development and process digitization.
* Power Automate for workflow automation, approvals, notifications, and process orchestration.
* SharePoint Online and Microsoft Lists for data management and collaboration solutions.
Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence technologies, including:
* Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI tools.
* AI-powered agents and digital assistants.
* Prompt engineering and AI adoption for business process optimization.
* Identification and implementation of AI use cases that improve productivity, quality, compliance, and decision-making.
Strong Data Analytics capabilities, including:
Data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, advanced formulas).
KPI design, data visualization, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
Root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
