Our client base includes broadcast, film and other engineering groups that use our platform. This role will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of workflow engineers, helping prioritize work, guide technical direction, support team development, and ensure the group is aligned with business priorities and platform strategy. The Manager of Post Workflow will serve as the primary owner for the overall health, direction, and delivery of assigned platform initiatives, ensuring there is clear accountability, timely follow-through, and appropriate escalation when issues arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Broadcast and Film post production workflows and will help evaluate all requests while identifying potential optimizations in new and existing processes to enable automation.
