The GFCC Enablement team supports operational excellence by delivering workforce planning, reporting, and project support that enable informed business decisions across the organization. The Workforce Planning team partners with Operations, Analytics, Technology, and other business partners to provide data-driven insights, support resource planning, and contribute to initiatives that improve operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning activities by assisting with staffing and data analysis
- Assist with workforce planning projects that improve operational efficiency, reporting, and resource planning.
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights into staffing, workload, productivity, and operational performance.
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data to support workforce planning and business decision-making.
- Support data assessments of operational metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Technology, and other business partners to support initiatives and project deliverables.
- Participate in cross-functional projects by tracking milestones, documenting requirements, and assisting with project activities.
- Assist with documenting business processes, standard operating procedures, and project documentation.
- Participate in development opportunities to build knowledge and support activities across workforce planning, project management, and business operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Interest in workforce planning, business operations, project management, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships.
- Experience through coursework, internships, student organizations, or academic projects involving data analysis, reporting, business operations, or project coordination is preferred but not required.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
