In this role, you will be responsible for general ledger activities and will also support statutory reporting and compliance for the entities What you'll be doingPreparing monthly accounts in local currency under strict reporting deadlines, in accordance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policiesPreparing the monthly financial package for review with the EMEA Reporting Manager, including analytical review and variance commentaryPerforming detailed balance sheet analysis and reconciliationsAccurately calculating and reporting month-end accrualsPartnering with the finance shared service team in relation to fixed assets, prepayments, and accounts payableSupporting local statutory reporting, periodic VAT returns, and monthly cash flow forecastingAssisting with the implementation of internal controls and procedures, and ensuring compliance with corporate policiesProviding ad hoc project support as needed What you bring to the roleProfessional accounting qualification or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of recent relevant financial experience, especially in general ledger accountingExperience in international accountingStrong proficiency in ExcelAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized, detail-oriented, and focusedMotivated, self-directed, and proactiveExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFull professional proficiency in EnglishWhat You’ll Get from Us The opportunity to grow by tackling challenging problems and driving high-impact software initiatives.Collaboration with a team of passionate individuals who enjoy what they do and are always willing to help.Compensation: 106K–160K gross per year on an employment contract ... and all the benefits to support your well-being and work-life balance: Flexible working hours and flexible, hybrid environment (we work two days per week from our amazing Kraków office)Extended Stay Program (you can work up to 90 days outside of your country of jurisdiction).Employment Contract with Competitive Salary and IP Tax ReliefProfessional Development Funds and internal training to help you develop new skills and grow your career.Premium medical insurance (including dental & physiotherapy) plus private life insurance.Well-being package (incl.
