Your Role:
As a Remote Account Manager, you will support customers across Quebec and the Atlantic provinces through a consultative inside sales approach, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities across the Elanco product portfolio. In this role, you will use customer insights, sales data, and virtual engagement to grow market share, deliver sales results, and execute account plans aligned with business goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and customer data to build account plans, execute sales cycle tactics, and increase product penetration and sales across assigned accounts.
- Conduct virtual customer meetings, product training sessions, seminars, and other value-added activities to generate demand and deliver inside sales results in a remote environment.
- Partner with your manager, district sales leadership, sales colleagues, and marketing to implement customer initiatives and marketing programs.
- Maintain accurate customer activity, account insights, and call reporting in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of Elanco products and competitive products in the regional market, and report suspected adverse events in line with pharmacovigilance requirements.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Fully bilingual in French and English.
- Experience in animal health industry (pharma, food or equivalent).
- Strong business acumen, a results-driven approach, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and comfort using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- Experience in animal health sales.
- Experience conducting virtual customer meetings, training sessions, or seminars.
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for account reporting and territory intelligence.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to execute customer initiatives.

Elanco Benefits and Perks:
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $100,000. The actual base salary offered may vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications, including education and experience. Additionally, Elanco offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees. The compensation package is subject to change, and the actual base salary could be higher or lower than the range described above.
