About the Role at RobCo

RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works.

As our Supply Chain & Logistics Planning Lead (m/f/d), you are the strategic and operational backbone of our global logistics and supply chain workflows. If something is broken, you fix it. If something can be automated, you build it. You will streamline our end-to-end planning systems, bridge the gap between engineering changes and material availability, and ensure our modular hardware flows seamlessly from suppliers to customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own supply chain planning end-to-end, translating demand into a robust Master Production Schedule (MPS) and a unified operating plan across all business units.

  • Design and evolve our logistics network, building efficient inbound, storage, and outbound processes while establishing robust US export readiness.

  • Develop and drive the inventory strategy across the entire organization to balance optimum material availability with working capital efficiency.

  • Lead the S&OP Lite process, aligning demand, capacity, and supply into a single operating plan and preparing critical trade-off scenarios when supply constraints exist.

  • Facilitate weekly S&OE Reviews to actively resolve delivery exceptions, track open PO status, and manage ERP system alerts.

  • Own the Engineering Change Control process from a supply chain perspective, ensuring BOM or specification changes are fully assessed and managed after handoff.

  • Manage and optimize ERP system planning as the core operational backbone of all planning and logistics workflows.

  • Act as the senior point of contact for Category Managers, the Delivery Office, and business unit leads on all key planning and logistics matters.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable experience.

  • Several years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, MPS, or logistics design, ideally in a project-based or hardware-adjacent environment.

  • Strong understanding of ERP-driven planning and hands-on experience managing engineering change control within a supply chain context.

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional reviews and escalation processes in a matrix organization with competing priorities.

  • Culture-aligned mindset displaying strong ownership, a growth-oriented attitude, a pragmatic working style, and the confidence to set direction across functions.

  • Very good English skills (German is a plus).

Why join RobCo?

  • Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.

  • Help us build robots equipped with state-of-the-art AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.

  • As part of a very dynamic and fast-growing scale-up, you will take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.

  • Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 360° feedback enable fast decisions and support your professional and personal development.

  • Wellpass membership (7,200+ studios across Germany), regular team events, and a team that takes both the work and the culture seriously.

  • Flexible working hours, a modern office, and—depending on the role—the option to work from home.

  • Regular team events—from relaxed beer & pizza nights on the rooftop terrace to shared experiences on ski trips or at Oktoberfest.

About RobCo

Founded in Munich in 2020, RobCo leads the transition toward fully Autonomous Industrial Robotics. Our mission is to deploy RobCo in every factory - solving the industrial labor shortage through end-to-end robotics that just works. Powered by Physical AI, our solutions combine a scalable modular hardware architecture with intelligent software that adapts to your use case, improves over time, and requires zero upfront investment through our Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) model.

We solve our customers' most pressing pain points - labor shortage, cost pressure, workplace safety, and national reshoring - across the full spectrum of Autonomous Industrial Robotics. With $160M raised from investors including Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia, 200+ people globally, and 2.5M+ operating hours in the field, we are deploying robots in factories across Europe and the United States - with our US operations headquartered in Austin, TX, and our RobCo Bay Area Demo Lab in San Francisco.
