As the Enterprise & SMBs Accounts Lead, you will spearhead the acquisition and expansion of Uber’s most strategic partnerships in Argentina. You’ll be responsible for building high-performing teams in an ambiguous environment, making hard calls under pressure, and carrying the weight of decisions that move the needle for our business.

You will lead a diverse team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and resilience while personally cultivating C-level relationships. What you’ll do
- Lead the commercial strategy and acquisition for Tier 1 Enterprise accounts, driving long-term value and expansion across a complex regional footprint.
- Build, coach, and empower a high-caliber team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultivate and expand trust with C-level executives, navigating difficult partner conversations and negotiating complex agreements that maximize product adoption.
- Drive P&L accountability and revenue targets, using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives with the highest ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Legal to ensure seamless execution and align local priorities with Uber’s global vision.
- Navigate internal and external tension with grit, influencing stakeholders across various seniority levels to unblock projects and accelerate business growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or commercial leadership managing large accounts.
- 2+ years of experience in direct people management, leading high-performing teams.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the tech, eCommerce, retail, or B2C internet sectors.
- Strong analytical rigor with a proven ability to leverage data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-making.
- Systems-thinking mindset with a track record of driving operational excellence and navigating high-ambiguity environments.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with a history of securing executive-level buy-in for strategic initiatives.
