Reporting to the Director, Material Planning, you will determine order quantities and timing for raw materials to support the master production schedule. You will initiate purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and resolve supply issues to support uninterrupted production. You will leverage strong system proficiency and a continuous improvement mindset to improve material planning processes and data accuracy.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesReview material requirements planning transactions within SAP and convert purchase requisitions into purchase orderEnsure timely ordering and delivery of raw materials to support production schedules Monitor open purchase orders, follow up with suppliers on past‑due deliveries, and update delivery dates in SAP\Monitor inbound transportation for Conagra‑managed lanes and ensure purchase order details align with actual deliveries Maintain accurate master data for raw materials, including lot sizes, lead times, and safety stock levelsTrack and optimize raw material inventory levels to reduce working capital while preventing shortages Run and analyze system reports, including open purchase orders, inventory aging, and open requisitions, to create purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Support material transitions and manage inventory for new or modified materials Collaborate with plant operations, quality, research and...
