The role focuses on team facilitation, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives), ensuring adherence to Scrum principlesCoordinate delivery activities across Finance, Data, and BI teams, ensuring alignment with business prioritiesSupport the Product Owner with backlog definition, refinement, and prioritization based on business valueTrack delivery progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, KPIs) and ensure transparencyIdentify, manage, and remove impediments affecting deliveryCoordinate dependencies across data platforms, BI tools, and upstream systems (ERP/EPM)Ensure alignment with SGS data governance standards and best practicesDrive continuous improvement and promote Agile ways of workingFacilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholdersQualificationsDegree (Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent) in Computer Science or related fieldProven experience in Agile environments as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar roleExperience working with Finance stakeholders and financial data domains (ERP, EPM)Strong focus on user and stakeholder experienceExcellent communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholdersFluent EnglishWillingness to travel as requiredREQUIRED SKILLS4+ years of experience in Scrum Master / Agile delivery roles within Data or BI environmentsStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)Ability to translate business needs into actionable backlog items and delivery plansSolid understanding of financial data, processes, and reporting requirementsExperience with data and BI ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, Power BI)Familiarity with Agile/DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar)Strong organizational and facilitation skillsAbility to manage risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve issuesStrong collaboration skills across all organizational levelsExcellent communication skills in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plusAdditional InformationWhy SGS?Join a globally recognized and stable company, a leader in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.Enjoy a flexible schedule and work modelAccess continuous learning opportunities through SGS University and Campus.Collaborate in a multinational environment with colleagues from various continents.Benefit from a comprehensive...
