If you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and your connection to a vibrant community, we’d love to talk.Local Team Collaboration:Become part of a cohesive and long-standing hospitalist team of 6 physicians serving this 151-bed hospital.Semi-open ICU coverage is supported by the Sound Physicians Critical Care team, and telemedicine ICU coverage is provided during the night.Qualifications:Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Montana.We’re proud to sponsor J-1 visa candidates.Scheduling:Primarily Days: 7-days-on, 7-day-offMay be asked to rotate and work a few night shifts.2 Physicians work daily, and 1 physician works at night.Shift hours at 7:00 am - 5:00 pm for day shifts, and 5:00 pm - 7:00 am for night shifts.No procedures required.All providers prioritize a manageable workload and work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:Thrive on managing bread and butter, as well as challenging and complex cases.Operate within a semi-open ICU setting with no expectations of procedures and solid support from Critical Care physicians.participate in regular team meetings and enjoy hospital engagement.Living and Working in Missoula. Known as the Garden City for its forested, lush surroundings and plentiful water, Missoula is the leader among Montana cities in culture, community, & year-round recreation.
