Please review the role description and discuss with your recruiter for more details on location!Why we're looking for you We're looking for a high-performing Talent Sourcer to build and own the top-of-funnel pipeline that powers our Engineering team's growth. In this role you'll be a dedicated sourcing engine, focused on market mapping, candidate research, and creative outreach strategies to surface world-class technical talent before anyone else does.This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.The impact you will haveBuild and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.Own market mapping efforts: research the competitive landscape, identify target companies and profiles, and develop a deep understanding of where top engineering talent lives.Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles.Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity.Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.Minimum requirements3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a consistent track record of building pipelines for world-class engineering talent.Deep sourcing expertise: fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and...
