It’s these connections that make Quadient such an exceptional place to grow your career, develop your skills and make a real impact – help our future-focused business lead the way in powering secure and sustainable business connections through digital and physical channels. Job DescriptionBehind every great product is a great platform.As our Senior Product Manager, Foundation Platform, you'll define the strategy and roadmap for the shared platform powering Quadient Digital's portfolio – including e-Invoicing, Financial Automation, and Customer Experience Management (CXM) solutions.Rather than owning a single customer-facing product, you'll shape the core capabilities that enable multiple product teams to innovate faster, deliver more consistently, and create exceptional customer experiences. From identity and APIs to AI infrastructure and developer experience, your work will influence every Digital product we build.This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Cloud Operations, and Architecture teams to create a scalable platform that accelerates innovation across the business.Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Quadient's Foundation Platform.Partner with engineering and product teams to build shared platform capabilities including identity, APIs, integrations, observability, AI foundations, and developer experience.Act as the voice of internal product teams, translating their needs into scalable platform services that benefit the entire Digital portfolio.Drive an API-first approach and promote reusable platform capabilities across multiple product lines.Work closely with Security and Compliance teams to ensure platform services meet global security and regulatory standards.Define platform success metrics and continuously improve developer experience, platform adoption, reliability, and performance.Collaborate with Cloud Operations to ensure scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.Balance business priorities, technical investments, and long-term platform strategy to maximize value across the organization.Qualifications6+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS, platform products, or cloud technologies.Experience owning platform, infrastructure, API, developer tools, or shared services products.Strong technical understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, authentication, integrations, multi-tenancy, and modern software development practices.Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Security, Cloud Operations, and Product teams in a highly collaborative environment.Experience building product roadmaps and balancing multiple stakeholder priorities.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand both internal and external customer needs.Fluent English.Knowledge gaps can be filled.
