Home Senior System Support Specialist – Lucernex 5+ years Bangalore Full-Time Position SummaryThis role is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and optimization of Discover Dollar's client's Lucernex platform, with a focus on lease administration, real estate lifecycle management, and financial integrations. You will partner closely with Finance, Real Estate, and Technology teams to ensure the stability, integrity, and continuous improvement of Lucernex capabilities, including lease accounting (IFRS 16), site lifecycle tracking, critical dates, payments, and integrations with core financial systems.What You Will DoProvide day-to-day functional support for the Lucernex platform, including incident triage and issue resolutionConfigure and maintain Lucernex modules supporting lease administration, site management, and financial processesMonitor application performance, lease data accuracy, and financial integrityPerform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes for system and data issuesSupport lease lifecycle activities, including lease setup, amendments, renewals, terminations, and critical date trackingEnsure accuracy of lease accounting outputs, including rent schedules and integration to downstream systems (e.g., GL)Partner with stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, process improvements, and automation opportunitiesSupport UAT, releases, and go-live readiness for system changes and upgradesDevelop reporting and dashboards to provide insights into lease portfolio, obligations, and key datesWhat We Are Looking ForStrong experience supporting lease administration, real estate systems, or financial systemsUnderstanding of lease accounting principles (e.g., IFRS 16 / ASC 842)Experience with incident, problem, and change management in a production support environmentAbility to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflowsExperience supporting UAT, defect management, and release cyclesUnderstanding of system integrations and data flows, particularly between lease systems and ERP/GL platformsWhat You Will Bring5+ years of experience in application support, preferably with Lucernex or similar lease/real estate management platforms (e.g., CoStar, Visual Lease, Nakisa)Hands-on experience with lease administration, critical date management, and financial data handlingStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and controlsAbility to analyze data discrepancies, system logs, and integration issuesExperience working in structured service management environments (ITIL or similar)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Real Estate, or equivalent Required Skills Lucernex lease administration Apply for this job Share with someone awesome View all job openings
