We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies1–3 years of experience working with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or automation solutions.Familiarity with financial documents (e.g., 10-K filings, annual reports) and related analysis is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with AI tools or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, GPT models) is preferred.Advanced written and verbal English skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.ResponsibilitiesThis role provides an opportunity to support financial professionals by leveraging generative AI to deliver innovative automation solutions and actionable insights that enhance decision-making.Develop and refine prompts to optimize generative AI solutions for a variety of automation use cases, ensuring high-quality and context-relevant outputs.Work closely with clients to support adoption of Gen-AI tools, providing timely assistance and addressing client-specific needs.Create and implement innovative output templates tailored to diverse use cases, ensuring alignment with client requirements.Provide timely feedback to product and technology teams to improve the Gen-AI platform and contribute to continuous product enhancement.Stay informed on advancements in generative AI and propose new ideas to expand the scope of automation solutions.About the TeamThe Digital Insights Operating Unit focuses on delivering AI-powered automation and insights to financial market participants.
