Skills and CompetenciesRequiredSolid understanding of the Government sector, customer business drivers, and industry dynamicsStrong understanding of global financial services marketsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact product demonstrations and present to senior executivesStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to identify client needs and recommend tailored solutionsHigh attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamPreferredExperience with civilian agencies is a plusBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processesWillingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical useEducationUndergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s) required, ideally with coursework in business, economics, finance, marketing, or a related fieldResponsibilitiesWork closely with the sales, strategy, customer engagement and product management teams to develop sales opportunities and drive new product development across a range of public sector customers and prospects.
