We’re looking for a Strategic Partnership Consultant who combines operational precision with a growth-oriented mindset. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for someone who thrives on ownership, structure, and execution — but is equally energized by strategy, innovation, and relationship-building. You won’t just respond to hiring requests. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to founders and senior leaders, helping them think beyond immediate needs and plan scalable growth. Strategic Client Advisory & Talent Planning

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to founders and senior leaders.
  • Advise clients on talent feasibility, role design, and workforce strategy.
  • Shift conversations from reactive hiring to proactive scaling plans.
  • Develop clear 30-, 60-, and 90-day growth roadmaps with actionable milestones.
  • Research industries, competitors, and hiring trends to proactively recommend team expansion strategies.
  • Study social channels, careers pages, and company signals to identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment and Sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Identify and improve workflows to optimize speed, alignment, and candidate quality.
  • Collaborate with Enablement teams to define readiness criteria such as tool access, onboarding preparedness, and candidate availability.
  • Ensure timely and seamless role launches.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems.

Relationship Growth & Expansion

  • Strengthen and expand existing client relationships by offering strategic insights and innovative solutions.
  • Proactively pitch qualified talent to current clients when opportunities arise.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Contribute to partnership and referral growth initiatives.
  • Leverage your professional network to open new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships, client advisory, growth strategy, or account management.
  • Background in recruiting leadership, outsourcing, consulting, or distributed workforce models.
  • Strong understanding of scaling teams, particularly offshore or remote structures.
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing founders and senior decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker who balances long-term vision with practical execution.
  • Highly process-oriented with strong systems thinking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and expectation-setting skills.
  • Strong relationship builder with a results-driven mindset.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
