Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

Its easily located from the A2 with easy links to Canterbury, London and Coastal destinations.     Our smaller Whitstable practice is located only a few minutes' walk from a beautiful beach and many novelty shops and restaurants. The local town also hosting the famous annual Oyster Festival, which is on in September 2026.

  Our site's equipment includes: *In-clinic Idexx laboratories *Microscopes *Woods lamps *Digital x-ray with AI programmes to support diagnosis *AI consult recording *K-Laser *Multiparameter machines *Syringe driver *Infusion pumps *Ultrasonic dental equipment *Dental x-ray *Ultrasound *Doppler *Tonometer *Diathermy and endoscope.   We are always keen to invest in further items to improve better patient outcomes.    

How You’ll Make a Difference

  As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.   You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care while leading and supporting those around you.  

Working Pattern

  *Our balanced rota offers a 3 or 4-day work week of 10-hour days with a 1:4 Saturday rota at our Faversham site from 08.00 to 14:00. A full time or part time position can be considered. *There are no out of hours or bank holidays.
