We are a multidisciplinary team with a strong commitment to service and close collaboration, both within the project and with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP delivery across the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational handover.
- Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, consultants and specialist vendors.
- Drive programme, cost, quality, safety and performance objectives throughout the project.
- Manage testing, commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and operational readiness activities.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, change control and stakeholder reporting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting project success and business growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical data centre projects.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems.
- Experience managing MEP design, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, programme management and risk management.
- Professional engineering membership or chartered status (or currently working towards it) is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced construction environments.
- Languages: Portuguese (fluent); English (Advanced).
