The overall objective of this role is to acquire goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company's business.Responsibilities:Create global data and information analytics strategy and plan for procurement services as well as analyze key market data, statistics, and reports to identify market trends and best practicesAssist in analyzing spend by region, business, and category and provide input into development and execution of financial, business information, and analytics strategyAnalyze supplier spend analytics, operational/performance metrics, cost financial analytics, save tracking/reporting, benchmarking, category market intelligence, forecasting, and commodity segmentation effortsCoordinate operational, process, reporting/structural change required as well as coordinate metrics and process reviewsProvide assistance to sourcing teams with saves, spend, and opportunity analytics work with the category and subcategory managers to identify spend and develop spend baselinesWork with suppliers and internal business units to consolidate information, perform ad hoc spend requests, program compliance monitoring reports and commodity reports, and RFx analysisWork with varied units through expense managers, reengineering teams/vendor managers, expense policy compliance and reporting, senior management briefing books, etc.Analyze RFx replies and develop reports and charts/graphs illustrating saves or increases in spendCoordinate the preparation and analysis of bid packages and education eventsHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:5-8 years of relevant experienceExperience with Procurement and Accounts Payable (AP) systemsExperience with Contracts and eProcurement tools (e.g. Oracle, Procure-to-Pay, eAuction, eRFX)Experience with reporting and analyticsExperience with Risk and Controls preferredProficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictateDemonstrated organization and time management skillsEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceExperiencia en Sourcing/Procurement manejando categorias de Software, Hardware Infrastructure (Servers, Mainframes, End User Computing) Cloud Services, SaaS.Inglés Avanzado This site uses only strictly necessary cookies to perform basic functions.
