As our new Sourcing Manager, you will take on a central role at the heart of our European business, building the supplier network that shapes what lands in the portfolio — and in the glass — across 13 markets.  Build the wine portfolio that keeps Europe coming back for moreYou will own commercial sourcing and supplier management for our European wine portfolio: negotiating pricing, allocations and promotional support, and nurturing relationships with suppliers across the globe. Day-to-day, you will balance growth with discipline — expanding our supplier base while working closely with our Merchandising team to keep stock available and ageing inventory low, and collaborating closely with our Commercial and Operational teams to keep 13 European markets stocked with the right wines at the right prices. You will also be our eyes on the ground across those markets, tracking pricing, trends and market activity to keep us ahead.This role reports to our Wine Director and is based in our London office, with a hybrid working pattern of three days a week in the office. Success in this role means building a supplier network that's broad, dependable, and commercially sharp — one that keeps our core wine range highly rated, competitively priced, and reliably in stock across Europe.
