Reporting directly to the CTO, you will play a central role in driving customer projects from kick-off through delivery.The Role As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving projects forward while ensuring that the right people, skills, and resources are available internally to meet project objectives.This role requires a combination of technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and strong project leadership. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, and priorities.In a smaller company environment, you will have significant responsibility and influence, helping shape both our project execution processes and customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecyclePlan, coordinate, and monitor project execution from initiation to completionEnsure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, and quality requirementsTrack project progress, milestones, risks, and budgetsEnsure projects are staffed with the appropriate competencies and resources to deliver on time and meet project objectives.Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning activities and facilitate collaboration across disciplines and departmentsProvide regular project status updates to the project steering commiteePrepare project reports, forecasts, and risk assessmentsEscalate critical issues and recommend corrective actions when necessary Background and qualificationsDegree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical fieldProven...
