As a Corporate Account Executive, you won't just be closing deals, you will be a trusted consultant guiding growing businesses (50–249 employees) through their digital and AI transformations. The Impact (What you’ll actually do)
Drive Growth: Own the full sales cycle for the corporate market, turning fresh prospects into long-term Zendesk advocates.
Consult & Co-Create: Partner directly with customers to build clear, data-backed ROI cases and technology roadmaps that solve their unique business challenges.
Leverage Modern Tech: Use advanced insights, automated workflows, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach) to manage a clean, predictable sales pipeline.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to design innovative, flawless experiences for your accounts.
Be a CX Thought Leader: Stay curious about market dynamics, learn the ins and outs of AI-powered sales excellence, and share that knowledge back with your team.
Who You Are (Skills & Mindset)
The B2B Sales Foundation: You bring 2+ years of B2B sales or solutions engineering experience within the SaaS space, with a track record you are proud of.
The Curious Tech Mind: You possess a strong technical aptitude and feel comfortable holding value-driven, consultative conversations about software integrations and architecture.
The Relationship Builder: You know how to engage stakeholders across various levels of an organisation, building trust through clear communication and genuine empathy.
The Growth Mindset: You are an entrepreneurial thinker who loves to learn, adapt to new tech trends, and execute with focus.
(Note: Formal degrees are great, but equivalent practical experience, drive, and hands-on SaaS knowledge matter much more to us.)

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
