The Production Manager is a key operational leader responsible for the successful execution of a portfolio of work while driving safety, productivity, quality, and team development. This role oversees daily field operations, crew performance, and resource allocation to ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards. Partnering closely with the Branch Manager and Client Relationship Manager, the Production Manager plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while leading with an owner’s mindset in a people-first, employee-owned organization.Job SummaryThe Production Manager is responsible for the successful operations of a book of business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
