This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working closely with customers, solving real‑world technical problems, and operating across embedded devices, cloud services, and APIs.In addition to strong technical fundamentals, this role values an engineer who actively adopts modern engineering practices, including AI‑assisted workflows and tooling automation, to improve efficiency and quality.Tittle: Senior EngineerExp: 3 to 6 yrWhat You’ll DoAct as a technical point of contact for customers integrating devices, SDKs, cloud services, and APIsOwn issue resolution end‑to‑end: reproduction, RCA, fix validation, and closureDebug device‑side issues (firmware, connectivity, power, logs, traces)Troubleshoot microservices‑based cloud systems, REST APIs, and data pipelinesAnalyze application and backend issues using logs, metrics, and ELK stackTranslate recurring customer pain points into actionable engineering feedbackUse modern AI‑assisted tools and automation to improve investigation speed, documentation, and qualityWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in embedded systems, IoT, cloud platforms, or distributed systemsStrong programming experience in Java (backend) and familiarity with full‑stack conceptsHands‑on experience with: REST APIs and OpenAPI / Swagger specificationsMicroservices architecturesCloud‑native services and distributed systemsDebugging using logs, metrics, traces (ELK or similar stacks)Solid understanding of networking, APIs, and production support practicesAbility to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiencesNice to HaveExperience with IoT platforms, OTA updates, provisioning, or large device fleetsExposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP or equivalent)Background in Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Field EngineeringInterest in engineering productivity, AI‑assisted workflows, and tooling automationComfortable working with global teams across time zones
