We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to play a pivotal role in bringing our groundbreaking EV products to market. As an NPI Engineer, you will be the central figure industrializing our developments together with our engineering team, suppliers, and contract manufacturers. Beyond traditional hardware ramp-up, this role is critical in building the "digital thread" of our serial production. You will be responsible for ensuring that as we scale quantities, our data remains structured, traceable, and ready for deep analytical insight. What is your Day to Day Mission:Electrical System Architecture, Design, and Validation of Electric PowertrainsDefine systems and component requirements in collaboration with the project management teamConducting full PCBA development cycle: Design, Coordinating Manufacturing Process, Bring up, Verification, and Validation of PCBsCollaboration with our firmware engineering team across all processesSchematic design for BMS and charger updates, including bug fixesSchematic design for a combined testing platform charger-batteryDesign of battery simulation testbenchFinal PCB implementation with supervision of BMS and chargerDefining subsystem-level test plansFollowing test plansWhat you bring to the team:Ability to work from our offices in Munich, GermanyBachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fieldsAt least three years of experience in the fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in PCB design is a mustHands-on experience in an electronic lab environment is a mustUnderstanding of power electronics systemsUnderstanding of embedded firmware infrastructureExperience with compliance testing and EMCA structured approach to work and project management experienceExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalGerman language skills are welcome Your Benefits: Direct impact: See your contributions rapidly integrated from cutting-edge research into industrialized products, flying in the field within short development cycles.
