Our customers are boutique and mid-market executive search firms who are moving off legacy platforms — and they need someone to make that transition seamless.🔍 Who are you?You're comfortable writing TypeScript/SQL scripts to transform, clean, and migrate messy data from one system to anotherYou're extremely detail-oriented. Data migration has zero margin for error and you take pride in getting things right.You instinctively reach for AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to automate repetitive work rather than doing it manually. You're always looking for ways to use AI to make processes faster and more efficient.You have some understanding of database optimization — you know why a poorly structured query or schema mattersYou can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people when neededYou have a "whatever it takes" attitude.
