We are currently seeking a SAP FICO to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
- Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Configure and support Controlling (CO) components including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
- Support period-end and year-end closing activities.
- Configure taxes, withholding tax, document types, posting keys, field status variants, validations, substitutions, and automatic account determination.
- Perform Financial Statement Version (FSV) configuration and reporting support.
- Work on master data configuration, including G/L Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Vendors, Customers, and House Banks.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Support integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and other SAP modules.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover activities, and production support.
Banking Migration
- Lead SAP banking migration activities from legacy banks to new banking partners.
- Configure and support the Automatic Payment Program (F110).
- Develop and enhance DMEE trees based on bank payment file specifications.
- Configure and support Payment Medium Workbench (PMW) and payment media generation.
- Implement and support Positive Pay (Cheque Positive Payment) processes.
- Configure and support Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing using BAI2, MT940, and CAMT formats.
- Support automatic bank reconciliation and exception handling.
- Work with banks to understand payment file layouts and testing requirements.
- Support ISO 20022 payment message implementation and validation.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support for banking migration.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting).
- Good knowledge of SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, COPA).
- Experience in New GL / Universal Journal and Financial Closing.
- Strong understanding of Automatic Payment Program (F110).
- Hands-on experience in DMEE, Payment Medium Workbench (PMW), and payment file generation.
- Experience with Positive Pay, Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of BAI2, MT940, CAMT, and ISO 20022 payment formats.
- Experience in bank account configuration, house banks, payment methods, and bank determination.
- Strong knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and Treasury.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
