You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant HR administration, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting both employees and managers in all administrative and HR-related matters. You will contribute to a structured, reliable, and scalable HR environment by optimizing processes and supporting the continuous development of our HR systems.Your Responsibilities:Responsibility for operational HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding)Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other HR-related documentsMaintenance and management of digital personnel files and master data in PersonioIndependent administration and continuous optimization of the HR system Support of onboarding and offboarding processesPreparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with an external payroll providerPoint of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative and HR-related mattersCreation of HR reports and analysesEnsuring compliance with labor law and data protection regulationsParticipation in the digitalization and standardization of HR processesWhat you bring to the team:Successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualificationAt least 2 years of professional experience in HR administration or personnel managementVery good knowledge of Personio as well as hands-on experience in administering the systemSolid knowledge of German labor law and administrative HR processesHighly structured, independent, and detail-oriented working styleStrong service orientation, discretion, and reliabilityConfident use of MS Office, especially ExcelGerman language skills at C1 level and English at least at B2 levelHands-on mentality and motivation to take on responsibility in a dynamic start-up environmentAbout QFI:Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a German-Ukrainian defense joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, established under the Build with Ukraine initiative.We are building a new model of cross-border defense production by combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven drone technology with German industrial manufacturing.Your work will directly contribute to delivering reliable systems that support democratic forces and have real-world impact.On-siteWessling, Bayern, GermanyPeople & FinanceApplyorApply with Linkedin unavailableUpdate cookiesApply with Indeed unavailableUpdate cookiesShare jobHomepageEnglish
