The following position is to join the Enterprise Services Procurement team:
Enterprise Services Procurement and Program Services (ES P&PS) is a centralized supply chain service organization that provides end-to-end supply chain and program services focused to meet the material and services procurement and customs needs of our consumers; ensures 100% compliant execution of stakeholder requirements, procurement transactions, and global imports and exports.
ES P&PS is seeking an experienced and highly skilled candidate to lead our energetic and fast-paced Requisitioning Team as a Senior Supervisor. The Requisition Services team is responsible for ensuring customer requests are converted to efficient, accurate, and compliant order fulfillment across materials, software, and services. This role will guide day‑to‑day operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure seamless execution of the Procure‑to‑Pay lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation and process improvement activities across the overall order fulfillment process.
- Validate internal customer demands for material, software, and services for completeness and accuracy. Through independent analysis, determine the compliant and optimal approach to requisition setup to enable seamless downstream execution of contractual orders.
- Prioritize the creation and release of compliant procurement requisitions in the appropriate procurement system (APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, or SRM).
- Provide requisition issuance oversight and communication of status throughout the procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order to material receipt and through to invoice posting and payment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the Procurement to Pay process that includes identifying and managing corrective actions.
Qualifications You Must Have
This role typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
Experience working with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, & SRM
Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe
3+ years of experiencing managing geographically distributed teams
Qualifications We Prefer
- CORE Apprentice and/or Champion Certification
- Experience managing workload and prioritizing tasks
- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and analysis
- Experience working with stakeholders that support the procurement to pay process

Work Location: This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, or Tucson, AZ.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
