Release Manager Firmware

NVIDIA FW Networking team is looking for a highly motivated Release Manager to join our team and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of software and firmware releases. In this role, you will work across engineering, QA, product, and program teams to ensure high-quality releases are delivered on time while continuously improving release processes and methodologies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and drive end-to-end release management activities for software and firmware products.

  • Build and manage release plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery commitments.

  • Coordinate across Engineering, QA, Product Management, and Program Management teams to ensure release readiness.

  • Track features, bug fixes, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics throughout the release lifecycle.

  • Lead release status meetings, communicate progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.

  • Define and improve release management methodologies, processes, and automation tools.

  • Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies to streamline development and release workflows.

  • Drive continuous improvements in planning, execution, visibility, and release quality.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

  • 0-2 years of experience in Release Management, Program Management, Project Management, or related technical roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel releases.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Experience tracking schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience managing software and/or firmware releases in a complex development environment.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and release processes.

  • Experience with Jira, Git, and release tracking tools.

  • Knowledge of networking, cloud, virtualization, or data center technologies.

  • Experience driving process improvements, automation, and AI-based productivity initiatives.
