We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesExtensive experience in product management and technical leadership within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on underwriting solutionsDeep knowledge of primary insurance underwriting processes, methodologies, and technologies across property and casualty, life, and health linesProven ability to define product strategy, develop multi-year roadmaps, and lead teams through complex product lifecyclesStrong technical acumen with experience partnering closely with software engineering, data science, and analytics teamsDemonstrated expertise leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI, and machine learning to drive product innovationExceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive, client, and non-technical audiencesStrategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering measurable business impactBasic understanding of AI concepts, with curiosity to learn, improve processes using AI tools, and develop responsible AI awarenessEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (CPCU, ACAS, FCAS) are a plusResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and technical leadership for the Application Product Management team, driving the vision and execution of UnderwriteIQ and primary underwriting solutions.Define and communicate product strategy and vision aligned with Moody’s Insurance Solutions business goalsLead and mentor the product management team, establishing priorities, roadmaps, and execution of key initiativesCollaborate with senior leadership on long-term product strategies to drive growth and competitive advantageOversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through release, enhancement, and ongoing maintenancePartner with engineering, data science, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality product deliveryEngage clients to gather feedback, support onboarding, lead presentations, and inform roadmap...
