As part of our team, you’ll work in a dynamic and multicultural environment that embraces open communication, collaboration and teamwork. If you’re ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let’s level up in your career and reach the top – together.Your Responsibilities Model Development & Prototyping: You develop, prototype, and operationalize machine learning and generative AI models (including feature engineering) to design GenAI applications such as content summarization, intelligent document processing, and chatbot assistants.Pipeline Automation & MLOps: You build, automate, and manage end-to-end AI pipelines (MLOps/GenAIOps), overseeing the entire model lifecycle, including retraining, monitoring, versioning, and alignment with data governance.Architecture Alignment: You collaborate closely with data engineers and architects to ensure AI components are seamlessly integrated into the enterprise data architecture and business processes.Insight Translation: You translate complex AI models and technical outputs into actionable business insights through compelling storytelling for diverse stakeholders.Your Profile Educational Background: University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Professional Experience: Solid professional experience in building, deploying, and operating machine learning models, with practical experience working with cloud-based AI services in complex enterprise environments.Technical Skills:Required: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML/GenAI libraries (such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or OpenAI SDK). Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, and agentic workflows. Clear understanding of model versioning, performance tracking, and MLOps workflows.Nice to have: Hands-on experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically with services like Vertex AI and BigQuery ML.Soft Skills: A curious, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with the ability to identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on business feasibility. Strong stakeholder communication skills to explain AI capabilities, limitations, and operationalize insights with BI and automation teams.Language Proficiency: Fluency in Business English (C1 level), both written and spoken.At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries.
