Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. ResponsibilitiesLead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Ads’ measurement platform.Build and launch measurement capabilities, including attribution, incrementality, cross‑channel reporting, and AI‑driven insights.Partner with engineering, UX, and data science to design, validate, and ship features with measurable customer and business impact.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure products meet advertiser needs and drive adoption.Define and analyze product metrics to guide decisions and evaluate performance.QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualification:Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Experience with Conversion Lift, Incrementality Testing, experimentation frameworks, or causal measurement methodologies.Experience driving strategy and shipping complex data, analytics, or measurement products...
