As a valued member of our team specialising in the Public Safety sector, your primary objective revolves around artificial intelligence.
Your specific tasks include:
Engage and lead company communities to foster an AI culture and promote its usage; collect and analyse requirements, and assist in prioritising and assessing feasibility to align business ambitions with the product backlog.
Develop and enhance new or existing artificial intelligence tools and capabilities (in terms of functional/technical capacity or IT integration), based on the company's digital transformation roadmap and subject to technical or regulatory constraints.
Align AI solutions with company processes, particularly regarding data governance and security, at both the division and Group levels.
Support the evolution of existing workflows, implement new ones, and ensure they are fully aligned with business requirements.
Contribute to monitoring the integration progress of the AI domain across the organization.

The Team
You'll join the Transformation Office team of Airbus Public Safety and Security (PSS). The Transformation Office is composed of people from France and Finland with various expertise in IT, all committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions.
You will report to the Head of Transformation Office and you will work closely with technical, functional, and end-user teams to drive the development of artificial intelligence and its impact across the company. This will enable you to quickly integrate the AI network already in place and join the Airbus PSS AI Core Team as a key player.

Your profile
IT Engineering degree specialising in artificial intelligence (or equivalent)
3 years of experience in the field (including LLM development and potentially Data Science, AI architecture, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.)
A thorough understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and frameworks, particularly LLMs, as well as the installation, administration, and optimization of on-premises LLMs
Specifically, knowledge of Mistral and/or Google Gemini and their APIs
Development skills (front-end, REST/GraphQL APIs, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/OVH) is a plus for deployment purposes
Knowledge of and experience with Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum) and DevOps CI/CD are valued
Leadership, initiative, and the ability to lead a cross-functional, international group on a specific topic or project
Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, and the ability to address a group effectively
Creativity, innovation, and the ability to understand and promote new ideas or concepts related to digital transformation
Proficiency in working in English within a multicultural environment, other language skills are considered beneficial
