The Opportunity: 

Join our HR Operations team in a role where your work truly makes an impact. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality HR administration (Payroll and Time Management related topics) and employee data management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience.

In this position, you will manage employee records across HR systems, support core HR activities. As a Team Leader (M1), you will lead and support a team, set daily operational priorities, and ensure HR policies and processes are consistently applied.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive Payroll Operations experience, who enjoys leading people, driving operational excellence, and improving ways of working in a collaborative HR environment.
 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Manage a team of HR Operations specialists (Payroll & Time) through organizing and prioritization of running operations, workload, and special projects to deliver best in class HR service support to HR communities, business managers and employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests related to Payroll / Time Management according to the defined Service Level Agreements
  • Drive a high level of Customer Satisfaction and handle escalations.
  • Ensure that the team meets all compliance and control requirements.
  • Ensure process stabilization after HR transformation projects including proper scope management.
  • Propose and drive process improvement / standardization across countries in scope.
  • Drive appropriate people management activities to maintain or build up a high-performance team.
  • Work closely with other HR roles and maintain good working relationship with them.

Your Background:

  • Experience in process management/coordination in HR Shared Service environment.
  • People management experience would be required / at Least 2 years experience in a Team Lead role
  • Knowledge of Payroll process specific required, Knowledge of Time Management would be an asset
  • Excellent workload management skills and organization, strong customer service orientation, very good communication, and proactive way of working
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic project management skills: break a topic into task, plan in time, allocate resources, follow the progress.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Workday & Service Now, Payroll systems
  • Knowledge of Celergo / ADP / payroll systems would be an asset.
  • Languages: advanced English, advanced German will be an asset
