You'll drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by bringing together demand, supply, and financial planning into a single, actionable operating plan.WHAT YOU’LL DOCoordinate and manage Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles across Sales, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR, and FinanceConsolidate demand, supply, and financial plans into a single, validated operating planIdentify capacity constraints, material shortages, and production bottlenecks before executionDrive planning timelines, monitor cross-functional deliverables, and ensure alignment across departmentsDefine planning KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure execution against the agreed business planAnalyze Plan vs. Actual performance and support quarterly business reviewsPartner with senior leadership to balance commercial goals, operational capabilities, and financial realitiesContinuously improve planning processes, data quality, and cross-functional collaborationWHAT WE EXPECTUniversity degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, demand and supply planning, capacity planning, operations, or a similar cross-functional planning roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear business insights and actionable plansExperience working with ERP systems and a solid understanding of manufacturing data, including BOMs, lead times, and inventory planningExperience with data analysis and visualization toolsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple departments around common objectivesHighly structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to planning and executionFluent English, both written and spokenNICE TO HAVEExperience in hardware, electronics manufacturing, robotics, aerospace, or other high-tech industriesExperience facilitating cross-functional planning processesFamiliarity with business performance reporting...
