Job Title: Sr Business Support Manager

Responsibilities 

Responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day running for project financial analyst team that supports multi-million capital technology portfolio for Commercial Banking. Be responsible for management of Capital Forecast processes and reports across the tower, identifying and analyzing forecast change drivers, providing summary for executive reporting, analyzing budget changes to uncover and mitigate risk. Involved in strategic business budget planning and modeling liaising with the other business areas. Provide internal consulting and coaching for colleagues, introducing them to our financial processes.  

The Sr Business Support Manager will be responsible for:

  • Financial Management: partner with finance, technology leaders and business lines to manage budgets, forecasts, capitalization, and vendor spending. Identify risks and opportunities throughout the year, communicate and escalate as appropriate.
  • Manage a team of project financial analysts providing guidance and directions on financial processes and day-to-day work, resolving issues and making sure team reach their goals.
  • Develop relationships with key business leaders to effectively communicate and manage portfolio risks and opportunities.
  • Provide internal consulting and coaching for colleagues, introducing them to our financial process, various reporting requirements, available data sources, vendor management etc.

 

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Required Qualifications
    • 7+ years of experience in Financial Management and Analysis
    • Proficiency in Excel (advanced level)
    • Excellent management, organizational, interpersonal skills and great attention to details
    • Effectively communicate within all levels and diverse culture of the organization
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Familiarity with Oracle, Ariba, Apptio or similar financial systems

 

Pay Transparency 

‌The salary range for this position is $127,000 – $145,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings (if applicable). Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience..
