Role Overview We’re looking for a Product Manager with 2–3 years of experience to help drive the development and execution of Safely’s growing product portfolio. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll own product requirements, drive alignment across teams, and help bring new products and partnerships to life – from embedded software integrations to guest-facing insurance offerings. You’ll report to the VP of Business Development and work closely with leadership, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently, meet business goals, and create real customer value. Key Responsibilities Product Development & Execution Own and create clear, detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new products, features, and integrations Translate business goals into actionable product specifications for engineering Ensure development stays aligned with scope, requirements, and timelines Roadmap & Prioritization Support and manage the product roadmap in alignment with leadership and technology teams Balance and prioritize initiatives across: Embedded partner programs New product launches (e.g., guest-purchased products, revenue protection offerings) Enhancements to existing products Internal tools and platform improvements Cross-Functional Alignment Act as the central point of coordination across: Engineering (development, QA) Operations (billing, claims, onboarding, support) Marketing and Sales Leadership stakeholders Ensure priorities remain aligned with company goals and growth strategy Embedded & External Partnerships Support the development and rollout of embedded insurance programs with PMS and platform partners Help manage product requirements and timelines for external integrations and partnerships Contribute to scaling plug-and-play product delivery across multiple partners Project & Process Management Manage product initiatives from concept through launch using internal tools (Jira, Teams, Claude, etc.) Drive organization, accountability, and communication across multiple concurrent projects Follow and improve internal product management and delivery processes Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in Product Management or a related role Strong ability to create structured, detailed product requirements and documentation Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills Comfortable operating in an evolving environment with multiple workstreams Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders Nice to Have: Experience with SaaS, Fintech, Insurtech, or travel/hospitality products Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or embedded/partner-driven product models Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Benefits & Perks Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement savings...
