Design and execute supplier verification programs, including audits, documentation review, risk assessments, and performance checks. Manage supplier performance by analyzing trends, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with Procurement to review scorecards and supplier outcomes. Investigate supplier nonconformances, lead root-cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, A3, and FMEA, verify corrective actions, and ensure sustainable resolution. Support manufacturing operations by providing supplier quality and quality assurance expertise across the Enterprise. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience managing food safety and quality systems in the beverage or packaging materials industry, including high-speed bottling, thermoforming, PET, corrugate, labels, and closures. Working knowledge of GFSI standards, FDA regulations, HACCP principles, and PCQI requirements. Experience with food manufacturing processes, including process controls, quality control plans, sanitation programs, and environmental monitoring. Experience leading regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and corrective action follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage complex projects. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess process capability, and communicate insights clearly. Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Certified lead auditor experience across recognized food safety or quality standards. Experience in large-scale beverage or food processing environments. Experience building quality capability and strengthening quality culture across teams. Experience contributing to strategic planning and leading process improvement initiatives.
