This is a high-visibility role combining product management discipline with direct customer engagement — working alongside enterprise carriers, influencing roadmap through real-world feedback, and representing the product in competitive evaluations, RFP cycles, and industry forums.
Within the platform, you will own modules that translate network health signals into trusted operator decisions — spanning anomaly detection, investigation and explanation workflows, root-cause ranking, predictive risk assessment, and next-best-action recommendations.

Define market problems and translate them into prioritized requirements and user stories
Build and maintain personas for network ops, planning, and optimization stakeholders
Own the product roadmap and release plans drive cross-functional alignment
Conduct competitive analysis and Win/Loss reviews to sharpen strategy and positioning
Develop and deliver a standard demo tailored to telecom network use cases
Lead RFP/RFI responses with technical accuracy and clear differentiation
Represent the product at user conferences and facilitate Customer Advisory Boards

Experience with carrier-grade software products (OSS/BSS, NMS, network analytics, or similar)
Proven ability to engage CxO and technical stakeholders prior RFP ownership
Preferred:
AI/ML-powered products — network analytics, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, or automation
Agentic AI experience — positioning or building AI agent-based workflows is a strong differentiator
Exposure to network digital twin, intent-based networking, or closed-loop automation
