This role focuses on requirements analysis, business process documentation, and supporting Agile delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Business Analysis & RequirementsPartner with business stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and pain points.Elicit and document business and functional requirements using interviews, workshops, and document analysis.Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows and system requirements.Create clear documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.Reconcile conflicting requirements and break down high-level needs into detailed, actionable requirements.Obtain stakeholder sign-off on requirements documentation to support scope management.Agile Delivery & CollaborationTranslate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria as needed.Support backlog refinement by ensuring...
