Skip to main contentJobsDashboardProfileCurrent EmployeesJoin Talent NetworkEnglishSign InSettingsSingle PositionDrink in the PossibilitiesView All JobsInventory CoordinatorAvenel, New Jersey, United StatesApply NowAdd to cartFind out how well you match with this jobUpload your resumeJob DescriptionJob ID2026-142919FunctionOperationsLevelIndividual ContributorTypeFull-TimeHourly/SalariedHourlyJob Overview:Inventory Coordinator - Avenel, NJThe Inventory Coordinator is accountable for recording and tracking inventories of materials, supplies, and finished product.  Main point of contact for finished goods purchasing and order tracking.  Coordinates relationships with plants to facilitate elimination out of stocks and overstocks.  Communicate to Demand Planning, any service issues related to stock availability, and coordinate resolution, involving central planning.Shift and ScheduleMonday through Friday5:00am until route is finishedFlexibility to work overtime and weekends as neededLocal routesPosition ResponsibilitiesConduct a physical inventory of Full Goods using an RF handheld scanning equipment and a physical inventory of Raw Materials and Concentrates, keying in inventories into spreadsheets and SAP.Perform an Age Inventory of product in warehouse to ensure proper production rotation.Ensure proper administration of all cycle count procedures and processes; research outstanding issues related to inventory reconciliation; reconcile any inventory discrepancies and handle any follow up questions from customers.Issue out any production /warehouse inventory breakage and any employee product usage and post full goods inventory without discrepancies.Handle period ending inventory accounting duties to resolve issues related to Plant Operations. Prepare, maintain and distribute reports related to inventory.Run production labels.Ensure SOX compliance following the SOX checklists related to inventoryMay also need to support warehouse operations, including shift based oversight for forklift operators Total Rewards:$25.66 per hourBenefits, subject to eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Requirements:2 years of experience in supply planning or inventory control2 years of experience using RF Technology2 years of experience SAP or similar Warehouse Management System2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed  Company Overview:Keurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
