Marine Electrical Engineer II - Arlington, VA
Role responsibilities
Develop power and control system hardware, software drawings, and specifications while ensuring compliance with maritime regulatory standards. Interface with vendors and customers to evaluate designs and support the installation or troubleshooting of power systems onboard naval ships.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with at least 2 years of progressive experience in marine electrical systems. Candidates must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance and possess knowledge of industry standards like ABS, IEEE, and MIL specs.
