This role blends data analysis, product insights, and client collaboration to drive commercial success.RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights for sales and clients.Lead Customer Engagement & Value Creation: Build and nurture strong, foundational relationships with key e-commerce customers and stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of their business priorities and how they connect to the adoption and use of our productsUtilize Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau for data processing and visualization.Collaborate with global teams to refine data quality and mitigate biases.Support product development by identifying key analyses and automation opportunities.Partner with sales teams to provide data-driven recommendations and enhance client engagement.Build compelling presentations by transforming data insights into clear, impactful stories.Create marketing content to drive product awareness.ABOUT YOUYou have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data, and the ability to translate insights into impactful client solutions.
