We're looking for an experienced Service Operations Coordinator with a strong background in SLA management, service delivery coordination, and operational support to help ensure the successful execution of field service activities across our growing e-mobility portfolio.

How You'll Make an Impact
Own and coordinate service delivery activities against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor, track, and drive performance against response and resolution targets.
Act as the key point of contact for service delivery and operational queries.
Coordinate field engineers, work schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful service execution.
Escalate service risks and proactively manage activities to minimise SLA breaches.
Support e-mobility field operations, maintenance activities, and repair programmes.
Manage service documentation, records, and compliance requirements.
Create, review, and maintain RAMS/RAMPS documentation to support safe project delivery.
Raise purchase orders and coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operational delivery.
Produce service performance reports and maintain accurate operational records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across service and operational processes.
Provide administrative and operational support to managers and wider business teams as required.
Your Background
Essential
Proven experience managing and coordinating activities within a Service Level Agreement (SLA) environment.
Experience supporting field-based service, maintenance, engineering, utilities, telecommunications, or infrastructure operations.
Strong understanding of service performance metrics, response times, escalation processes, and customer commitments.
Experience scheduling resources, coordinating engineers, and tracking operational activities.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience producing operational reports and maintaining accurate records.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
Highly Desirable
Experience within e-mobility, EV charging infrastructure, utilities, energy, or engineering environments.
Experience creating or managing RAMS/RAMPS documentation.
Procurement and materials ordering experience.
Knowledge of field service management processes and service delivery best practice.
