This role exists because our Enterprise clients — and prospects — need something more: a counterpart who understands their comp problems as well as they do, and who can earn genuine credibility with a CHRO or C&B Lead from the very first conversation.You’ll step into enterprise sales cycles and show prospects, from firsthand comp expertise, exactly what their future with Figures looks like. You’ll own the accounts that follow. And you’ll be the person the rest of our CSM team looks up to as a mentor.🛠️ Your roleWin enterprise deals — as the comp expert in the roomJoin enterprise sales cycles at the right moment: prepare for and co-run product demos with your comp hat on (including engineering specific product setups), and help prospects see precisely how Figures fits their specific methodology — whether that’s a multi-country levelling project, a pay equity audit, or a comp review redesign.Be the person who makes a CHRO or C&B Lead feel genuinely understood before they sign — not just sold to.Translate prospect comp complexity into a credible “here’s how we’d approach this in Figures” narrative, live in the room.Own strategic enterprise accounts end-to-endBe the face of Figures for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts — often multi-country, multi-stakeholder, high expectations.Lead the full account lifecycle: from the handoff after a deal closes through onboarding, run-phase, and renewal, with support from junior CSMs on technical configuration, an Implementation Manager on project delivery, and an Account Manager for the commercials.Build meaningful relationships with CHROs, C&B Leads, and HR leadership — earning trust through subject matter credibility, not just relationship management.Lead complex compensation workDesign and advise on comp methodology for enterprise clients: levelling frameworks, pay equity diagnostics, review process design.Run multi-workstream compensation engagements, coordinating across Figures team members and customer...
