We embrace authenticity and inspire people to thrive.We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive design program manager to support our design and product teams in delivering a world-class streaming experience. This role will focus on driving coordination and execution across product initiatives, ensuring alignment, clarity, and efficiency from concept to launch. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands design and product development workflows, and can manage multiple priorities with ease. What You’ll Do Support planning, tracking and delivery of multiple initiatives across design and product, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals and timelines.Ensure design deliverables are aligned with product requirements. Facilitate communication and decision-making across disciplines, including marketing, data and research. Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to design, product and engineering processes, supporting scalable ways of working across teams. Facilitate the scoping of design requests from product, and communicate with stakeholders to help move product initiatives forward. Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals, resolve issues, identify clear next steps, and escalate roadblocks when necessary. Communicate progress, risks and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders and leadership.  Maintain project tracking tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable and Figma. Qualifications3-5 years of experience as a project or program manager. Strong understanding of design and product lifecycles, from roadmapping and initial requirements through final delivery and release. Proven ability to work with product designers, product managers, and technology partners. Ability to manage high-impact initiatives with competing deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and complex...
