Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst/ACSSO. This position will report directly to the Corporate Office Security Manager. This position is an on-site position and will be based out of Falls Church, VA. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution and oversight of the Industrial Security Program in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), customer requirements, and internal policies. Responsibilities: This position develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Work as point of contact for alarms/response and work closely with the Enterprise Security Control Center (ESCC). Duties include, but are not limited to: * Provide program security and personnel security (PERSEC) support to include but not limited to review and process required documentation in support of the SAP nomination processes * Prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings; access, review and submit clearance/access information using DISS and JADE, and other information systems; maintain PERSEC databases in accordance with customer tracking requirements * Process and manage incoming and outgoing visit authorizations and visitor control * Ensure the development, documentation, and presentation of classified security education, awareness, and training activities. * Maintain liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers. * Implement policies and procedures for responding to security incidents, and for investigating and reporting security violations and incidents. * Assist with the administration of security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. * Studies and implements U.S. security regulations that apply to company operations. * Assists with preparing manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to records and materials. * Maintains a comprehensive security education, training, and awareness program. * Assists with all manner of security inspections, including self-inspections, CSA inspections, and internal inspections, as required. * Supporting corporate office security requirements, including emergency response, crisis management, and executive engagements.
